Our History

New Image Canopy, originally Shady Vent Construction, has been a fixture in the commercial canopy industry since 1955. Our journey began in Cedartown, GA, where we established ourselves as a canopy and solutions provider.

Through the years, we’ve evolved and rapidly expanded, constantly growing and adapting to meet the needs of our partners. Our commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation has been the cornerstone of our growth, enabling us to serve businesses with custom-engineered canopy solutions to enhance their brand presence and functionality.

Josh Holbrook

Josh is the Owner and CEO of New Image Canopy and is the third owner since the company was founded in 1955. Josh is a visionary leader and leads New Image Canopy with integrity and a commitment to honor God in all his business and personal dealings.

Johnny Shoemaker

As a 31-year veteran at New Image Canopy, Johnny knows the meaning of commitment. His dedication and hard work have propelled him to the role of General Manager, where he oversees operations with a friendly and family-oriented approach. Through the years, Johnny has spearheaded numerous successful initiatives that have contributed to the growth and progress of the company. His wealth of experience and passion for the business makes Johnny an invaluable leader who continues to drive New Image Canopy forward.

Scott Mayfield

Scott has spent over 25 years at New Image Canopy, focusing on customer service and quality projects. His extensive experience supports the company’s all-in-one service for commercial canopies and imaging, aiming for project success.

Dustin Chambers

With a robust background in sales and customer support across various industries, Dustin
joined New Image Canopies in the summer of 2023. He is thrilled to bring his passion for connecting with people to the forefront as a dedicated sales representative.
